Computerworld reports that the new OPT rules, which allow foreign-born students up to 29 months of US work authorization after the completion of their college education, are being challenged in Federal Court. the Immigration Reform Law Institute and The Programmers Guild claim that the new rules are little more than an effort to bypass the H-1B cap.Â
