Since there is no visa for nurses, how many extension will H1B visa holders requests, or will they not be send back to their country if after many extensions made and still there is no visa. I have not been working since April 28 2009. Should I go to get my H1 stamped in my home country or should I just stay here and start my work on Oct 5 as stated by my employer.
